Booking & Scheduling

How do I book a service?
Browse our services, click Book Now on the service page, fill in your details and preferred time slot. We'll confirm your appointment within minutes via phone or WhatsApp.
Can I book a same-day service?
Yes, same-day appointments are available for most services subject to availability. Call us or WhatsApp for urgent bookings.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes. You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before your scheduled appointment.
What areas do you cover?
We currently serve Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi and Khulna. We're expanding to more cities soon.

Pricing & Payment

How is pricing determined?
All service prices are fixed and displayed upfront before you book. There are no hidden charges or surprise fees.
When do I pay?
Payment is made after the service is completed and you're satisfied with the work.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bKash, Nagad and bank transfer.
Is there a call-out fee?
No. There is no call-out or inspection fee. You only pay for the work completed.

Our Professionals

How are your professionals vetted?
Every professional undergoes a background check, identity verification, and skills assessment before joining our platform. They are continuously rated by customers.
Will the same professional come each time?
For recurring services, we try to assign you the same professional. You can also request a specific professional you've worked with before.
What if I'm not happy with the professional?
Let us know immediately and we'll arrange a replacement professional or a re-do at no extra charge.

Service Quality & Warranty

Do you offer a service warranty?
Yes. All services carry a 30-day labour warranty. If the same issue recurs within 30 days, we'll fix it for free.
What if there is damage during the service?
All our professionals are covered. Any accidental damage caused during the service will be assessed and compensated.
Do professionals bring their own tools and materials?
Professionals bring all necessary tools. For materials (like spare parts or paint), we can supply them at market price or use materials you provide.
